A big refactor and rewrite of ftmq.Query so the major version bump needed to go to 5.x.x. to not confuse downstream applications. ftmq is still compatible with followthemoney 4.10.x

ftmq 4.x.x

To mark the compatibility with followthemoney and nomenklatura, ftmq follows the same major version, which is currently 4.x.x.
